Psychiatry Account Manager | Madison, WI | Hybrid | $120,000 - $140,000 We're hiring for a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated exclusively to brain health, with over 70 years of neuroscience experience. The Role • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Utilize digital tools and data-based insights for business planning, strategy development, resource allocation, and sales execution. • Deliver compelling messages, probe customer needs, handle objections, and drive behavioral changes through effective selling. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders, managing accounts holistically. • Develop deep local market and therapeutic area expertise to identify and prioritize unique opportunities. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access challenges using company resources. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Demonstrated ability to excel in product knowledge exams and annual certifications. • Strong self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and computer literacy. • Must reside within 40 miles of the specified territory boundaries (Madison, Janesville, Beloit, La Crosse, Eau Claire). • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Ability to meet credentialing requirements for healthcare providers.
