Enterprise Voice Architect (MS Teams)

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice Architect to lead large-scale voice transformation programmes, helping organisations modernise their telephony platforms through Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice solutions at enterprise scale.
• Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and create high-quality architecture and design documentation.
• Architect PSTN connectivity solutions using AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and analogue gateways.
• Develop Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.
• Create operational handover documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions
• Automate administration and deployment tasks using PowerShell.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting expertise, and stakeholder engagement throughout project life cycles.

Key Skills

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale migrations to Microsoft Teams Phone/Enterprise Voice.
• Strong expertise with AudioCodes SBCs, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and analogue integration.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Solid knowledge of networking, identity, security, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Strong PowerShell Scripting and automation skills.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to produce architecture artefacts, solution designs, and implementation documentation.

You must have SC Clearance.
