• Lead SFCC commerce development and architecture (PWA Kit / headless)
• 10+ years of experience in digital commerce development and 4+ years of hands-on SFCC experience4+ years of hands-on SFCC experience
• Providing technical direction + hands-on guidance
• Leading an external engineering + QA team
• Acts as a bridge across frontend, backend, and integrations
• Must have strong Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / Demandware) experience (especially storefront)
• Strong backend/services understanding - Must understand how data moves across systems
• Experience with: Headless commerce (SCAPI / OCAPI) and API integrations and middleware
• Strong in React, Node.js, JavaScript
• Prior Tech Lead experience (leading teams, not just contributing)
