Role Overview: We are seeking two Full-Stack AI Engineers to design, build, and optimize AI-driven tools that streamline our Continuous Integration (CI) and deployment pipelines. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners to identify engineering pain points, evaluate ROI, and build high-impact solutions. Additionally, you will drive the optimization of Raptor, our flagship AI agentic assistant designed to reduce client support tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Tooling & CI/CD: Partner with Product Owners to identify deployment bottlenecks and build custom AI tools that maximize operational ROI.

Agentic AI Optimization: Improve and scale "Raptor" (AI client assistant) to proactively resolve customer issues and decrease support ticket volume.

Full-Stack Development & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, such as identifying and optimizing slow database queries.

qualifications:

Technical Stack & Requirements:

AI/LLMs: Heavy experience with AWS Bedrock and Anthropic models.

Core Development: Robut Python development skills with a full-stack engineering mindset.

Cloud & Infrastructure: Deep AWS cloud knowledge, specifically with ECS deployment, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway security.

Databases: Solid understanding of database architecture and the ability to diagnose performance/query bottlenecks.

Required Skill Set

Fullstack AI Engineer (AI-Focused) brings to the table:

Robut experience working across the full stack.

Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered features to production.

Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into real systems.

Familiarity with embeddings, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation.

Robut judgment around AI tradeoffs, failure modes, cost, and observability.

Ability to design AI systems that others can safely extend.

Experience shipping small, well-scoped changes incrementally.

Comfort working in a remote, async-first environment across multiple time zones.

Pragmatic use of AI tools to accelerate development and improve outcomes.
