Senior Oracle EBS Technical Developer / Oracle EBS Technical Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Technical Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.x development, customization, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Oracle Projects modules, along with advanced PL/SQL development skills.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS R12.1/R12.2 technical development experience
• Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), and Oracle Workflow
• Experience developing RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Open Interfaces, Public APIs, and custom integrations
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware integrations
• Proficiency with UNIX Shell Scripting, SQLLoader, SQL Developer, TOAD, and SQLPlus
• Experience supporting Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Purchasing (PO)
  • Order Management (OM)
  • Inventory (INV)
  • Shipping (WSH)
  • Cash Management (CE)
  • Oracle Projects (PA)
  • Manufacturing (BOM/WIP)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Oracle EBS R12 customizations and enhancements.
• Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance-optimized SQL.
• Build and maintain interfaces, conversions, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
• Develop Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher reports, Workflows, and OAF applications.
• Configure AOL components, concurrent programs, request sets, value sets, and flexfields.
• Perform production support, debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
• Create technical design documents and collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
• Support Oracle EBS upgrades, migrations, patching, and data conversion activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Experience integrating Oracle EBS with enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Oracle AIM methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
