Werkstattleitung (m/w/d) Fahrzeugglas | Bitterfeld, Germany | Hybrid

We're hiring for Germany's leading experts in vehicle glass repair and replacement, with a network of over 410 service centers and 170 mobile units. We are dedicated to setting industry standards for safety, reliability, and quality.

The Role

• Oversee the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Act as the responsible manager for technical and operational aspects of the service center.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and manage daily operational planning.
• Provide exceptional customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
• Handle invoicing, customer funds, and manage incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of experience.
• Experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake a technical examination or already be a certified operations manager (HWK).
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong administrative skills and a customer-centric, service-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and independent work ethic.
