Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide strategic guidance and expertise for Oracle Guided Learning initiatives.
This is a senior consulting role focused on solution design, best practices, governance, and stakeholder engagement rather than hands-on content development or configuration.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing Oracle Guided Learning within Oracle Cloud applications and advising business and IT stakeholders on digital adoption strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) SME across Oracle Cloud implementation and transformation programs.
Advise clients on OGL strategy, governance, and adoption best practices.
Design scalable digital adoption frameworks aligned with business processes.
Collaborate with business leaders, functional consultants, change management teams, and project stakeholders.
Provide recommendations for user guidance, onboarding, in-application help, and learning journeys.
Review and validate OGL solution architecture and implementation approach.
Define governance standards, content strategy, and maintenance processes.
Support UAT planning, user adoption strategy, and change enablement activities.
Identify opportunities to improve user experience and increase Oracle Cloud adoption.
Mentor project teams on Oracle Guided Learning capabilities and best practices.
Act as a trusted advisor during Oracle Cloud implementation and post-go-live optimization.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Oracle ecosystem experience.
Strong expertise in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM implementations.
Deep understanding of digital adoption platforms and change management.
Experience advising enterprise clients at a strategic level.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Ability to review solution designs and provide architectural guidance.
Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience across multiple Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud release management and user adoption strategies.
Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations.
Oracle certifications are a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience with digital adoption platforms beyond OGL.
Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies.
Experience integrating learning and adoption strategies into large-scale ERP transformations.
