Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Lead / POD Lead to join Signzy Technologies Private Limited, a leading B2B SaaS technology product organization.
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of products and services to clients by managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure client expectations are met, project timelines are maintained, and delivery processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Oversee multiple client-facing projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery is completed on time, within scope, and as per defined quality standards.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage client expectations, proactively address concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, milestones, and client requirements.
Resource Management
Plan and manage resource allocation across projects to ensure successful delivery and avoid bottlenecks.
Risk and Issue Management
Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues in a timely manner, and work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate or resolve them effectively.
Delivery Process Ownership
Own the end-to-end delivery process by continuously assessing workflows, delivery standards, and client outcomes to drive improvements.
Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issues, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, trackers, and other relevant project-related records.
Continuous Improvement
Drive process improvements, implement delivery best practices, and contribute to operational efficiency and improved quality of delivery.
Job Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Delivery, Project Management, Program Management, or a similar client-facing role within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale and complex client projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience in SaaS product delivery, including onboarding, integrations, implementation, and customer enablement.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications would be an added advantage.
Technical Understanding
- Good understanding of SaaS architectures, cloud-based applications, and technology stacks.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
