Skills and Qualifications:
Proven track record delivering global transformation programs across SAP SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and S/4HANA. Proven track record in gathering requirements to develop and integrate payroll interfaces with third-party providers like ADP Global View. Deep functional and configuration expertise in integrating SuccessFactors EC, Employee Central Payroll, and S/4HANA. Exceptional communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to lead in onshore/offshore delivery models and manage global teams. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA as a fully integrated enterprise solution. SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC and ECP required. Preferably SuccessFactors Certification in Modules such as ONB, PM, GM
