Hands-On Head of Software Engineering — Scale Teams

Morgan Philips Group SA is seeking a Head of Software Engineering to lead a product engineering team in London. This hands-on role requires building and scaling teams from 0–1 while remaining actively coding to drive delivery.

You will oversee frontend, backend, integrations and mobile engineering using Kotlin Multiplatform, React, Next.js, C#, .NET, and Azure Cloud. Office attendance is required three days per week.

Contract is three months, day rate negotiable, inside IR35 via umbrella.
