AWS Enterprise Cloud Delivery: Proven track record leading complex, multi-milestone AWS cloud migrations or greenfield Landing Zone deployments in enterprise or public sector environments. GovCloud & Compliance Governance. Governance & Project Control: Mastery of project control mechanisms, including maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), defining RACI matrices, and managing joint governance models. Contract & Fixed-Price Management: Experience managing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) deliverables, tracking milestone acceptance criteria, and managing scope change controls effectively. Joint-Delivery Alignment: Demonstrated experience navigating co-delivery environments where AWS Professional Services provides technical leadership/architecture while partner teams handle execution Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
