The Role • Lead the promotion of a specialized psychiatry portfolio, executing strategic sales and marketing plans with in-depth clinical knowledge. • Develop and implement business plans leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools to maximize sales performance within the territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, embracing a "total office" account management approach. • Apply comprehensive knowledge of the therapeutic area and local market dynamics to identify and capitalize on unique opportunities. • Navigate reimbursement landscapes, including IDNs, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers, to ensure patient access to treatments. • Ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical marketing regulations and company policies. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales. • Demonstrated ability to excel in disease and product knowledge, with a commitment to annual certification. • Proven self-starter with a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable utilizing digital tools for sales management. • Must reside within 40 miles of the assigned territory boundaries. • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and ability to meet company requirements.
