Head of IT Service Delivery & Vendor Management

HopgoodGanim Lawyers is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the firm's national IT support function. Reporting to the CIO, you will drive end-to-end service delivery across internal and outsourced vendors, ensuring SLAs and contracts are met.

You will mentor both the internal IT team and external partners, set direction, and build capability to uplift service quality across the firm in a Partner-led environment.
