Title: IT Strategy & Integration Manager

Compensation
Pay Range:$52.92-$75.60 Per Hr

Description
The role involves leading technology assessments for healthcare systems, focusing on integration and standardization. 
Responsibilities include conducting gap analyses and managing demand processes. 
The position requires strong experience in business process assessment and technology integration, with a preference for candidates with healthcare IT experience.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of technology environments in acquired hospitals.
Identify and analyze gaps, risks, and opportunities in technology systems.
Develop integration roadmaps and manage demand processes.
Coordinate application migrations and standardization efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective technology integration.

Qualifications
5 years of experience in gap analysis and business process assessment.
5 years of experience in IT due diligence.
3 years of experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Healthcare provider IT experience preferred.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
