The Role • Act as a lead in the absence of store management, overseeing daily operations. • Provide exemplary customer service and assist shoppers in locating merchandise. • Manage stock and ensure merchandise is displayed according to plan-o-grams. • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash and payments. • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. • Assist with truck unloading, receiving, and stocking of merchandise. What You'll Need • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and handle cash accurately. • Experience with cash register operations and familiarity with cash handling procedures. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interaction. • Understanding of safety policies and ability to follow store procedures. • High school diploma or equivalent, with preferred supervisory or related experience. • Capacity to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and stocking.
