The Role • Operate passenger trains safely and in compliance with all regulations. • Drive trains across a nationwide network, ensuring punctuality and efficiency. • Maintain reliable communication with the control center, colleagues, and passengers. • Handle preparatory and concluding tasks to ensure train readiness for operation. • Contribute to a positive and professional passenger experience during journeys. • Support operations during weekends and holidays as per flexible scheduling. What You'll Need • Completed training as a train driver (TfV Class A+B1 or VDV 753 Class 3). • Ideally, several years of experience in railway operations, preferably in passenger transport. • High awareness of safety and responsibility. • Strong communication, service-oriented, and teamworking skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Motivation to be part of a sustainable mobility transformation.
