Description
The Staff Assistant role in Corporate Finance involves providing comprehensive support to the department.
Located in New York, this contract position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in various technologies.
Responsibilities include administrative support, project coordination, and system management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across all finance functions and business units.
Coordinate and support departmental meetings and events.
Assist with governance-related activities and manage related materials.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Manage procurement and financial administration tasks.
Qualifications
5 years of administrative or executive support experience required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with senior leadership and governance functions preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
