The Role • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for geriatric patients, tailoring interventions to their functional capabilities. • Focus on promoting patient self-efficacy and maximizing independence in daily activities. • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing and medical staff, to ensure holistic patient care. • Work primarily at the Rendsburg location with occasional support at the Eckernförde clinic. • This is a fixed-term position to cover parental leave from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, for 30 hours per week. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Physiotherapist (m/f/d). • A specialization in manual lymphatic drainage is desirable. • Ability to work independently and creatively in developing individualized therapy plans. • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic clinical environment. • High level of empathy and compassion in patient interactions.
