Senior SAP PP/MM Lead Architect

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP PP/MM Lead Architect with 10+ years of expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP PP/MM implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams including PLM and MES, and drive process improvements across production planning, execution, procurement, and inventory management functions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP PP and MM implementation project engagements. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PP/MM solutions. Configure SAP PP and MM modules, including Demand Management, MRP, BOM Management, MES and PLM integration, Production Order Processing, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, and Invoice Verification. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, PLM, and MES teams to optimize supply chain processes. Manage integration with other SAP modules, including EWM and FICO. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members. Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Prepare and maintain functional specifications, test cases, and training documentation. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure seamless operations. Required Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and MM. Minimum of two full-cycle SAP PP/MM implementation projects. Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP and MM configuration. Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Production Execution, Procurement, and Inventory Management processes. Experience integrating SAP PP/MM with PLM, MES, EWM, FICO, and other SAP modules. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design scalable SAP solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise SAP implementations. Education: Bachelors Degree
