Make a Difference: Support Students' Literacy Development

The Role:

- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the planning and delivery of a stimulating English curriculum that incorporates strategies for developing literacy skills.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, including learning support staff and SENCOs, to provide a holistic approach to literacy intervention.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Teacher: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for English education.
- Literacy Specialist: Demonstrate experience and expertise in literacy intervention, with a strong understanding of effective teaching strategies for students with diverse learning needs.
- Engaging Educator: Employ innovative teaching methods to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the English department.
