The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Conduct quick and confident fault-finding and repairs.
• Offer reassurance and outstanding customer service to members in need.
• Handle a variety of tasks from battery changes to complex diagnostics.
• Start and finish your shifts from home.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• Adaptability to varied and challenging roadside situations.
