The Role • Develop and maintain product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategies, and value propositions. • Collaborate with UX, marketing, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product adoption. • Document requirements and manage feature development lifecycle. • Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. • Guide the development of innovative solutions focused on emerging technologies and new business opportunities. • Make strategic recommendations to agile teams and cross-functional groups. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). • Deep understanding of business principles, product performance, and industry practices. • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology. • Hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle management, research, analysis, epics, features, KPIs, and analytics. • Experience with Inventory Management Solutions is strongly preferred. • Automotive industry experience with a focus on dealer software is a plus.
