You belong here. High performance starts with you.
As a Senior Operative, Project Engineer, you will manage and deliver a portfolio of race car components, associated tooling and validation activities across both in-house and external manufacturing routes. - Manage and deliver a portfolio of race car components, associated tooling and validation activities across in-house and external manufacturing routes, ensuring alignment to race, test and programme schedules.
- Develop and maintain detailed production plans, reconciling demand across multiple programmes to support on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead capacity planning activities and support make-or-buy decisions, balancing cost, capability, risk and delivery requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Technical Purchasing, Quality and Supply Chain teams to manage suppliers, resolve issues and proactively mitigate project risks.
- Drive continuous improvement across project engineering and operational planning processes while maintaining accurate planning data and delivering against performance targets.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in project engineering, production planning or operations within a high-performance manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in low-volume, high-complexity environments, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and bill of materials data.
- Experience using planning systems, data management tools and digital solutions to support effective programme delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to demanding deadlines.
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders across functions; experience within motorsport, high-precision manufacturing or continuous improvement environments would be advantageous.
Personal Attributes
- Highly organised, proactive and solution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Calm and resilient under pressure, using sound judgement to make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communicator who builds collaborative relationships and works effectively across teams.
- Adaptable and flexible, responding positively to changing priorities and time-critical delivery requirements.
- Committed to continuous improvement, team success and supporting the development of others.
Success in racing comes from bringing together talented people with different skills, perspectives and experiences. We're committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to deliver their best work.
Every role has the potential to drive high performance. You'll be part of a team united by a shared ambition to push boundaries and embody our racing mindset. We invest in our people through opportunities to develop and grow, creating an environment where individuals and teams can thrive.
