The Role

• Plan, direct, and supervise daily operations within various store departments.
• Act as a mentor and coach to all team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Maintain store appearance and product presentation according to company standards, focusing on prime shopping hours.
• Responsible for staffing, hiring, and developing team members for career advancement.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clear direction, resolve conflict, and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience analyzing financial data and making informed decisions.
• Ability to mentor team members and promote a safe work environment.
