Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead and deliver Identity and Access Management initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise combined with a solid understanding of IAM technologies, governance frameworks, and security best practices. This role requires close collaboration with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure successful IAM program execution.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Lead end-to-end IAM projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

·         Manage implementation of IAM solutions such as SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and Identity Governance.

·         Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models.

·         Coordinate cross-functional teams including Security, Infrastructure, Application Owners, and Compliance teams.

·         Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.

·         Ensure alignment with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust principles.

·         Oversee vendor management and third-party IAM integrations.

·         Drive user access reviews, compliance reporting, and audit support activities.

·         Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

·         Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         12+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in IAM project management.

·         Strong understanding of IAM concepts: Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, Federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).

 

Experience with IAM tools such as:

·         Okta

·         Azure AD / Entra ID

·         SailPoint

·         Saviynt

·         CyberArk

·         One Identity

·         Experience managing cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

·         Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).

·         Strong risk management and stakeholder communication skills.

·         Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.

·         PMP, CISM, CISSP, or similar certifications preferred.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience with large-scale IAM transformation or migration programs.

·         Exposure to Zero Trust architecture initiatives.

·         Experience in enterprise-level identity lifecycle automation.

·         Strong stakeholder management capabilities.

·         Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
