Job Description

Role : Verint OM Developer

    • Hands-on experience with SQL development, including creating, enhancing, and performance-tuning stored procedures, database views, and automated jobs used for data extraction and system integrations.
    • Solid knowledge of ETL/data processing workflows and batch operations, with experience generating flat files or CSVs, scheduling automated processes, and transferring data to downstream applications.
    • Ability to understand business and operational needs and convert them into effective technical data-extraction solutions while working closely with business analysts, configuration teams, and other stakeholders.
    • Experience performing data validation and reconciliation, including testing extracts, identifying discrepancies, investigating data-quality problems, and resolving issues.
    • Working knowledge of Windows-based integration environments, including PowerShell scripting, configuration management, and automated job scheduling. Exposure to AWS cloud services is preferred.
    • Experience analyzing application logs and monitoring information to troubleshoot failed jobs, file-import issues, integration problems, and notification-related services within Verint or comparable enterprise software platforms.
    • Experience supporting healthcare operations is beneficial. Exposure to Verint Operations Manager (OM) or Workforce Management (WFM) platforms is strongly preferred.
