BMS Commissioning Engineer 9 month initial contract<br />£380 per day<br />Outside IR35 Are you an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer? Are you looking for your next project? Job Summary:<br />As a BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Building Management System (BMS) projects, ensuring all commissioning activities are delivered on time and within scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end BMS project lifecycle, ensuring all technical and commissioning aspects are delivered on time and within scope.<br />Program &amp; Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, tracking actual progress against planned milestones.<br />Documentation: Produce, manage, and submit all project documentation, ensuring compliance and client approval.<br />Client Liaison: Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.<br />System Coordination: Coordinate with panel manufacturers, electrical installers, and engineering teams to implement BMS solutions in line with specifications.<br />Project Handover: Conduct system demonstrations, organize handover documentation, and ensure successful project completion.<br />Essential experience needed: Minimum 5 years' experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer<br />Proven delivery of at least 5 commissioning projects, including major/complex projects<br />5+ years experience and knowledge of : HVAC &amp; BMS fundamentals<br />A range of BMS software (Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Johnson Controls etc)<br />ECS or CSCS Card (or equivalent)<br />SMSTS or SSSTS<br />Strong hands-on commissioning and project delivery experience<br />Background working with live electrical/control systemsIf this sounds like a good fit for you please get in touch with Kate Blackwell at JAM Recruitment as soon as possible
