The Role

• Engage with customers in a retail environment to discuss HVAC upgrades and energy efficiency.
• Initiate conversations to identify potential customer needs for home comfort solutions.
• Schedule in-home consultations for the company's comfort advisors.
• Work within a national retail home improvement store to generate leads.
• Represent the company professionally and build rapport with shoppers.

What You'll Need

• A willingness to approach and engage with retail shoppers actively.
• A friendly, outgoing personality; prior sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned retail location.
• Availability to work weekend hours, including some holidays.
