About the roleAt Tyro, we're constantly evolving the way we deliver products, technology and strategic change. As our Enterprise Change Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that help our teams deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.
You'll partner with leaders across Tyro to drive complex change, embed new ways of working and ensure our strategic initiatives are delivered successfully through strong governance, stakeholder engagement and change leadership.
What you'll do- Lead enterprise-wide product and strategic change initiatives from planning through to successful delivery.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs and projects, balancing scope, timelines, quality and business outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders, technology teams and business stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives across the organisation.
- Develop and execute change management strategies covering communications, learning, adoption and business readiness.
- Facilitate governance forums, provide transparent reporting and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve delivery practices, processes and organisational capability.
- Build trusted relationships across Tyro while fostering collaboration, engagement and sustainable behavioural change.
- 5+ years' experience delivering enterprise programs, projects or transformation initiatives within complex organisations.
- Demonstrated success leading large scale business or technology change programs.
- Strong governance, portfolio management and risk management capability.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience designing and delivering change management strategies, learning initiatives and communication plans.
- A collaborative, outcome focused approach with the ability to thrive in fast paced environments.
- Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) and/or Change Management (Prosci, ADKAR) certifications will be highly regarded.
