Perform deep-dive research and gather information to resolve identity verification and ownership questions.

Summarize findings and provide risk-based recommendations for business stakeholders and compliance leadership.

Compliance Documentation & Recordkeeping

Ensure external business partners adhere to implemented compliance requirements, such as timely and accurate submission of Proofs of Delivery, End User Statements, and other documents.

Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready compliance records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Organize and manage screening documentation, due diligence files, approvals, classifications, and supporting evidence.

Support internal audits, external audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory inquiries.

Ensure compliance records are properly indexed, retained, and readily retrievable.

Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes and recordkeeping standards.
