The Role • Lead advanced analytics efforts across the full solution lifecycle for mission-critical national security programs. • Partner with government customers and subject matter experts to define mission problems and translate them into actionable data science requirements. • Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical models and machine learning solutions using diverse data sources. • Apply cutting-edge data science techniques, including exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and predictive modeling. • Communicate complex analytic findings and recommendations to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of analytic best practices and frameworks. What You'll Need • Master's degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience) with 15+ years of relevant experience. • Expert proficiency in Python and/or R, including relevant data science and machine learning libraries. • Strong experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources, including structured and unstructured data. • Demonstrated ability to lead technical efforts and influence analytic direction on complex programs. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to brief senior leaders. • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required for this role.
