The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio with a proven system and excellent growth potential. • Take full entrepreneurial responsibility for the studio's operations, including staff, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team to ensure exceptional member experiences. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition strategies. • Ensure adherence to the brand's high-quality standards. What You'll Need • Own capital contribution of €25,000 to €75,000. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, self-directed approach. • Proven leadership and team player qualities. • A genuine passion for building and growing a business. • Ideally, experience in fitness, service, management, or sales; however, career changers are welcome.
