Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Open Text Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously within our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational and communication skills. Experience in managing OpenText and Customer Communication management projects are a plus, it is nice to have and not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects from inception through completion, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables, and adjust as needed to remain aligned with goals and timelines
• Coordinate resources and tasks across multiple teams and departments, balancing competing demands to maintain efficient workflow
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and roadblocks; implement effective solutions to minimize impact
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through clear, timely, and focused communication
• Lead regular project status meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, keeping all project artifacts organized and up to date
• Track project performance, analyze metrics, and report on progress to senior management
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices across projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (master s degree or relevant certifications a plus)
• Exposure around Customer Communication Management (CCM) domain, great to have exposure with OT Exstream/Communications.
• 5+ years of experience successfully managing IT projects of varying size and complexity
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with excellent organizational skills
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical and non-technical information clearly
• Effective at leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification(s)
• Experience in software development or IT infrastructure environment
