The Role • Research, document, and develop detailed operator, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. • Create technical specifications, alert bulletins, and training materials. • Ensure all documentation adheres to requested specifications and contractual requirements. • Incorporate illustrations, photographs, and graphic representations as needed. • Coordinate technical reviews, approval signatures, and security classification. • Lead small to medium-sized teams on documentation projects. What You'll Need • Associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience. • Six or more years of progressive experience in a technical field. • Comprehensive technical understanding of military or commercial systems and technical writing principles. • Strong working knowledge of technical manual development and related computer tools. • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Ability to grasp complex concepts, maintain confidentiality, and develop innovative solutions.
