Job Title: Senior Project / Program Manager - Data & AI (Night Shift)

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Shift: Night Shift (Aligning with global clients)

Experience: 7-12 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a heavyweight, seasoned Senior Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale, high-risk, and complex global delivery projects. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of projects, orchestrate cross-functional teams of 40+ people, and act as the primary strategic partner for C-level executives

If you have a proven track record of steering massive Cloud, DevOps, and Data/AI migrations while keeping budgets and risks tightly controlled, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Global Delivery: Manage large, complex, multi-region project delivery with high commercial and legal complexity.

Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and inspire internal and external teams of 40+ people (including other PMs).

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership and C-suite executives.

Financial Ownership: Own project financials, ensuring reliable forecasting and meeting/exceeding approved budgets.

What We Are Looking For (Required Skills)

Experience: 5 to 10 years of solid project/program management experience.

Must-Have Certifications: Active PMP AND CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certifications.

Tech Domain Expertise: Proven experience managing Data & AI projects, Cloud Solutions, DevOps implementations, and Datacenter/Application migrations.

Methodology: In-depth knowledge of advanced scheduling, risk management, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Flexibility: Comfortable working the night shift to support global client operations.

Education: First Level University Degree (Advanced Degree preferred).
