Principal Business Systems Analyst

This will be a full-time role, and candidate must have experience with Public Safety (this is a must)

Working Title: Principal Business Systems Analyst

Note: No relocation cost will be provided, Candidates should relocate on their own expenses..

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as project lead and technology liaison supporting business-specific systems
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and define user stories
• Design, implement, test, and support business software applications
• Manage system changes, upgrades, and performance monitoring
• Coordinate major incident management and root cause analysis
• Prepare RFP/RFI/RFQ and evaluate vendors
• Conduct training and develop support documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in ERP/CRM/SCM/Asset Management or similar enterprise systems
• Knowledge of ITIL service delivery lifecycle
• Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• System configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Stakeholder communication and project coordination

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years’ experience implementing large-scale technical systems
• Agile or PMP certification preferred
