The Role • As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems. • You will manage on-site technical and professional matters, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient daily operations. • Provide exceptional customer service from order intake to vehicle handover. • Manage invoices, customer funds, and incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with experience as a vehicle mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodyworker. • Willingness to undertake a proficiency test or already possess the qualification of an operations manager (HWK). • A valid driver's license (Class B) and good command of German and PC skills. • Strong customer service orientation, communication skills, and administrative proficiency. • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and with a high degree of trust.
