The Role • Oversee and manage demand planning for the plant, ensuring timely material availability for new and series production. • Conduct coverage checks, maintain master data in SAP, and process planning and production orders. • Coordinate supplier parts, stock transfers, scrap, and after-sales spare part logistics. • Proactively identify shortages through component availability management and initiate measures for supply assurance. • Manage workshop and workstation operations, including monitoring production orders and machine occupancy. What You'll Need • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the metalworking, logistics, or freight forwarding sectors. • Several years of professional experience in dispatching, material procurement, or production planning, ideally within the aerospace sector. • Proficiency in SAP/R3 and digital tools such as Google Sheets for controlling and analyzing production processes. • Ability to quickly grasp technical correlations, combining analytical thinking with a structured approach. • Fluent in German, with basic English skills, and a collaborative work style in a dynamic production environment.
