Job Description

Direct Sales Manager | Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid We're hiring on behalf of a leading, award-winning company in the home security industry, known for its rapid growth and commitment to employee development. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic sales team and contribute to providing peace of mind to families across the country. The Role • Lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives selling residential home security and automation solutions. • Spend approximately 70% of your time in the field and 30% in the office. • Oversee daily team activities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and motivating sales staff. • Manage and assign leads, track sales performance, and conduct regular coaching sessions. • Maintain personal sales requirements and support team motivation through various communication channels. • Conduct ride-alongs with new hires and underperforming representatives. What You'll Need • 3+ years of outside sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred. • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. • Proficiency with technical devices such as laptops and tablets. • Ability to travel within assigned territories and to company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • A proactive and driven attitude with a strong work ethic.
