POSITION: Salesforce Agentforce Consultant
LOCATION: ONSITE FROM DAY 1. WASHINGTON, DC
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED | | 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience spanning solution architecture and hands-on development of secure, scalable, production-quality applications. | | 3+ years designing and building AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI architectures and LLM-based systems in production. | | Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein/Agentforce AI, and Data Cloud, including agent topics, actions, grounding, and guardrails. | | Deep expertise in Financial Cloud and platform integrations, with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. | | Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, vector stores, embeddings, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and evaluation frameworks. | | Experience designing and delivering secure, governed, and cost-aware enterprise AI solutions with robust fallback and observability strategies. | | Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native services. | | Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, source control, and deployment automation for Salesforce. | | Experience with Microsoft Azure AI, Azure OpenAI or equivalent AI/cloud platforms is preferred. | | Experience working in Agile, multi-cultural teams across time zones with business, technology, security, legal, risk, and governance stakeholders. | |
