Blair West have been retained to continue supporting XTEL in the search for a Functional Lead to join its growing Professional Services team in North America.

As Functional Lead, you'll play a key role in translating customer requirements into scalable software solutions, acting as the bridge between client stakeholders, delivery teams and product experts. The Opportunity

Working closely with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, you'll lead discovery, design and configuration activities to ensure successful delivery and long-term value realization. Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Translating customer needs into functional solution designs and configuration approaches.
• Driving key configuration decisions and advising on best-practice platform usage.
• Conducting gap analysis and recommending pragmatic solutions.
• Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Providing governance and identifying potential delivery risks.
• Supporting continuous improvement and mentoring less experienced team members.

You’ll be the ideal candidate if you have

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and configuration experience.
• Knowledge of CPG commercial processes such as TPM, RGM, Retail Execution or SFA.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• A proactive, organised and results-focused mindset.
