Salesforce Service Cloud Implementation Project Manager

Owns scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations from kickoff through Support

Understands Service Cloud capabilities well enough to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and facilitate solution discussions (without necessarily configuring everything).

Understands case management, omnichannel routing, knowledge management, SLAs, escalation processes, and contact center operations.

Can run Agile, hybrid, or waterfall implementations, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.

Aligns executives, business users, architects, developers, QA, and vendors around common goals.

Drives adoption through communications, training, readiness, and executive sponsorship.

Identifies integration, data migration, security, and deployment risks early and develops mitigation plans.
