AI Engineer-GenAI/Agentic AI-Hybrid

Candidates must already reside in the Plano area. The client is not considering candidates that are willing to relocate .  

Our client, a multinational telecommunications technology company, has an urgent need for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain LLM evaluation frameworks, including golden datasets, regression testing, scoring, quality thresholds, and trend tracking.
Implement observability for LLM pipelines, including logging, metrics, dashboards, alerting, latency monitoring, error tracking, and token/cost analysis.
Design and integrate AI agent tool-calling capabilities, including function calling, tool interfaces, schemas, guardrails, and structured outputs.
Develop and support scalable AI services and data pipelines while independently debugging and resolving complex technical issues.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and GenAI.
Strong experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Agentic AI, and production deployment of LLM solutions.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Databricks, Delta Lake, NoSQL, and Azure Cloud.
API development experience; FastAPI preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, particularly in designing innovative solutions within the rapidly evolving Agentic AI space.
