What role will you play?
Joining the Structured Credit and Securitisation team as an Analyst, you will support the structuring and execution of asset-backed loans, warehousing facilities and securitisation transactions across a broad range of asset classes. Working closely with senior team members, clients and internal stakeholders, you will analyse asset portfolios, develop financial models and contribute to transaction structures that support financing and investment opportunities. Your expertise will help evaluate risk, optimise financing outcomes and deliver high-quality solutions for clients, while building strong relationships across teams and supporting the successful execution of transactions from origination through to completion.
What you offer
- Experience in securitisation, structured credit, asset-backed lending or a related area gained within a financial services, advisory, ratings, investment or lending environment
- Advanced Excel modelling skills, with the ability to analyse and model asset and liability cash flows within asset-backed financing structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with the ability to communicate insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
- Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment
- Experience applying rating agency methodologies to public securitisation transactions and additional European language skills are advantageous but not essential
