Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance to Salesforce development teams.
• Develop/review Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and integrations.
• Design secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce architecture, security, governance, and coding standards.
• Support development across multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Lead complex enhancements and custom development initiatives.
• Review vendor deliverables and conduct code reviews.
• Support release planning, testing, CI/CD, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex performance, integration, and platform issues.
• Document technical designs and development patterns.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required or obtainable within required timeframe.
• Expert Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and integrations.
• Strong Salesforce architecture, security model, and governor limits knowledge.
• Experience with Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, version control, and DevOps.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred

• Public sector Salesforce experience
• Multi-org Salesforce environment experience
• Experience providing technical oversight to development teams and vendors.
