About the role:

As a key EICA specialist, you'll be at the heart of driving innovation, reliability, and safety across water and wastewater projects.

You will:

• Deliver innovative EICA design solutions from conceptual development to detailed design
• Create high-quality engineering outputs, including:

• Single-line diagrams
• Cable block diagrams
• Control system architecture
• MCC datasheets
• Load schedules
• Control Philosophies

Act as a technical authority, offering specialist insight across projectsCoordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teamsWork closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clientsLead bid reviews, assess subcontractor designs, and provide technical support on-siteMentor junior engineers and support their technical and professional developmentManage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards

This is a role where your expertise and leadership directly shape outcomes.

About you:

A committed, capable EICA engineer who brings both technical excellence and the ability to work collaboratively.

You will have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
• Experience in the water, wastewater, or related sectors
• Expertise in:

• Electrical power systems
• Water treatment control systems
• Integrated system design

Knowledge of CDM, procurement processes, and document controlExcellent communication and leadership skillsA self-motivated, adaptable approach with a drive for efficient, high-quality engineering

Desirable:

• Professional or on path to registration (IEng / CEng MIET)
• Proven mentoring or leadership experience
• A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
