Technical Support & Training Specialist - Automotive Locksmith Industry Looking to get off the tools without leaving the locksmith industry?

Join Remote King, one of Australia's leading suppliers of automotive locksmith products, smart keys, remotes, key programming equipment and diagnostic tools.

We're looking for an experienced automotive locksmith who enjoys solving technical problems, helping others and sharing their knowledge. This is a full-time office-based role in Dandenong South, offering Monday to Friday hours, no emergency call-outs, and no weekend work.

About the Role

As part of our technical team, you'll support locksmiths across Australia and New Zealand while working with the latest automotive locksmith technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support to locksmiths via phone and email.
• Assisting customers with key programming, product selection and technical enquiries.
• Training and mentoring new locksmiths, helping them build confidence with automotive key programming equipment and modern vehicle security systems.
• Delivering product demonstrations and technical workshops.
• Testing and evaluating new automotive keys, remotes and diagnostic equipment.
• Assisting with technical guides, product information and website content.
• Attending trade shows, supplier visits and industry conferences.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience as an automotive locksmith or automotive key technician.
• Good knowledge of automotive keys, remotes, immobiliser systems and programming equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers and sharing knowledge.
