Inside Sales Specialist

FiberFirst is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive fiber internet growth across Texas communities. In this role, you'll manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify residential and small business leads, and present FiberFirst's high-speed fiber solutions. You'll build rapport, understand customer needs, and create custom packages that emphasize reliability, speed, and local service. Responsibilities include managing a CRM pipeline, meeting and exceeding sales targets, coordinating with field and customer support teams, and providing a seamless handoff from sale to installation, all while supporting a mission-driven, community-focused culture.
