We're working with an award-winning insights consultancy looking for a Project Manager Lead to help shape how research projects are delivered across the business. This is a senior role with real influence, combining hands-on project leadership with responsibility for improving operations, developing people and driving delivery excellence.

We're keen to speak with experienced Insight Managers or Project Managers from an agency or consultancy background looking to take the next step in their career.

The role will include:

• Leading complex qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method research projects
• Overseeing project delivery, resource planning and operational efficiency
• Improving processes, quality standards and ways of working
• Supporting project profitability and commercial performance
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their development
• Working closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience within a market research, insights or consultancy environment
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and a passion for improving processes
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues
