Oracle Fusion Financial or SCM Consultant (Functional) 100% Remote 


The ideal candidate is a seasoned Oracle practitioner who has led or played a senior role in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations across multiple pillars, with the ability to align complex business processes to Oracle's best-practice architecture. This individual must be capable of operating at both the strategic advisory and hands-on configuration level, while communicating effectively with  cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations: requirements, design, configuration, testing, and go-live
• Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion ERP modules across Finance and/or SCM pillars (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management)
• Design and implement Chart of Accounts, multi-ledger/multi-org, and intercompany structures spanning finance and supply chain
• Lead cross-functional process design including period close, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash cycles
• Manage enterprise data migration — opening balances, item masters, historical transactions, and cutover strategies
• Integrate Oracle Fusion ERP with third-party systems (banks, tax engines, payroll, EDI, logistics)
• Develop enterprise reporting using OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), SmartView, and EPM integrations
• Embed compliance controls (SOX and internal audit) within Oracle configuration and document audit trails
• Serve as a trusted advisor bridging business stakeholders across departments with technical delivery teams

 

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience with a minimum of 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
• Deep hands-on expertise across at least two Oracle Fusion ERP pillars (Finance and/or SCM)
• Strong knowledge of core transactional process design and configuration
• Experience with Chart of Accounts/item master design and multi-org/intercompany structures
• Proven track record managing enterprise data migrations and cutover activities
• Solid understanding of standard financial or supply chain close/process cycles
• Experience with SOX or internal audit controls within an Oracle environment
• Executive-level communication skills — comfortable presenting to CFOs, COOs, and C-suite sponsors

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud ERP Certification (Implementation Specialist preferred)
• Experience with Oracle EPM / FCCS
• Prior consulting firm experience: Big 4, Oracle Partner, or boutique ERP practice
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM delivery methodologies in ERP programs
